Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return

- We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable)
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
